This little upgrade cranks your pump’s output pressure up to around 1600 PSI, giving you stronger steering assist and better braking performance—especially if you’re running Hydro-Boost. It’s a must-have for any 1999–2004 Super Duty that’s been beefed up with aftermarket gear.
Just a heads-up: this won’t quiet down pump noise, but it will absolutely help your truck steer and stop like it should.
