Warranty
The installation of any product must be carried out by an approved workshop, otherwise any possible warranty will be void.
If the products are subject to homologation in order to be legalized, they must go through this process as soon as possible so that the engineering and technicians can check their full compatibility with the rest of the vehicle, as this may result in the rest of the vehicle configuration conflicting with the installed products and result in premature breakage or deterioration, which will void the warranty.
If the product suffers damages due to a bad configuration or installation, the workshop is the maximum responsible, or in its defect the final customer, if he asks for an installation that can lead to the deterioration or premature breakage of the product.
The warranty does not cover deterioration or breakage in products used in competition or environments in which the resistance for which the product was designed is exceeded.
Wearing parts are not covered by any legal warranty, unless the manufacturer so certifies.
Using the parts in a manner for which they were not designed voids the warranty.
Right of withdrawal
From the reception of the product you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be exactly as you received it, if it has been tampered with, broken packaging or any other reason that makes it lose its value to put it back on sale, it will void your right of withdrawal.
Products ordered/imported to order (any product that is not marked as "24h/48h delivery"), cannot be returned once they leave the distributor or manufacturer.
Heavy weight or volume products that require a high cost of handling and restocking may incur a cost of up to 20% of the value of the product for its return and preparation for sale, this cost will be deducted from the products credit note. The minimum cost for restocking is 8€ + VAT.
The return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense.
We offer advice to choose the desired product, we provide any details or clarification about our products, photographs or any other information you need to choose the right product, make sure before making the purchase that really is the product you want because it may incur costs for you or not be able to exercise the withdrawal.

JKING4X4 is not responsible for any damage or loss that the package may suffer during transit. It will be your responsibility that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition. Therefore, we recommend that you use the original packaging and that the package is sent by registered mail or by a courier company.
In no case will the return be accepted if the product has been manufactured for you.
Delivery times
The delivery times indicated on the web, are estimated times according to the average normal transit, but these may vary depending on the saturation of transport agencies, these possible delays are beyond our control and we can not in any way, foresee them, if for any reason you need the product in the period indicated on the web, you can contact us and we will try to give you an exact date if possible.
Until we receive the acceptance of the order via email we reserve the right to cancel the order for error in the product sheet, lack of stock or being out of stock.
