Data Protection and Security

1 - Privacy

The data collected when placing an order is incorporated into our database and is used exclusively to:

  • Process and ship the products you ordered.

  • Issue invoices.

  • Inform you about offers and services that may be of interest.

If you select the deferred payment method with Aplazame, you agree that your personal data will be transferred to this entity from the moment you start the service. This transfer also extends to any third parties that need access to the data to ensure proper execution of the contract.

2 - Data Protection (LOPD / GDPR)

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection at any time by sending an email to: info@jking4x4.com.

2.2 Collection and processing of personal data

Data is collected during the order process or account creation and is stored under the responsibility of Javier Bastante Martínez for the purpose of managing and fulfilling your order.
If you have given explicit consent, we will use your email to send promotional communications, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

Once the order is completed and fully paid, your data will be blocked unless you authorize its continued use. It will be deleted after the legally established period to comply with our tax and commercial obligations.

2.3 Data recipients

  • The shipping agency responsible for delivering your order.

  • The credit entity providing financing, if applicable.

2.4 Cookies Policy

This website uses cookies, including Google Analytics cookies, to analyze traffic and improve the user experience.

Warranty

  • All products must be installed in a certified workshop to maintain their warranty.

  • If a product requires homologation to be legalized, the customer must handle this process as soon as possible.

  • You must provide the installation invoice and, if applicable, the certificate.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, competition use, misuse, or normal wear and tear unless explicitly covered by the manufacturer.

⚖️ Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • The product must be in the same condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • If the product has been handled or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Important

  • Products available upon special request to the manufacturer

    Products marked as “Availability 3-15 days” or “Upon request” are specifically requested from the manufacturer or international distributor once the order has been confirmed.

    These products are not part of our regular stock in Europe and are imported specifically for the customer.

    For this reason, it is not possible to cancel the order once the product has been requested from the manufacturer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

  • ⚠️ Heavy or bulky products may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value (minimum €8 + VAT) if returned.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Jking4x4 is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping; we recommend using the original packaging and certified shipping.

📦 Delivery Times

  • Products with Immediate Shipping are dispatched within 24/48h.

  • Products marked as “1 to 15 days shipping” are ordered from the supplier or manufacturer.

  • ⚠️ If an order includes both immediate and 1-to-10-day items, the complete order will be shipped once all products are available.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Domestic or international transport delays.

  • Stock issues at the supplier.

  • Customs procedures for imported products.

Until the order is confirmed by email, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, product errors, or discontinued items.
